Recommended for
- Chronic kidney disease (CKD).
- Management of calcium oxalate urolith recurrence in cats with impaired renal function.
- Prevention of recurrence of urolithiasis requiring urine alkalinisation, including urate and cysteine uroliths.
Not recommended for
- Pregnancy, lactation, and growth.
Feeding advice: It is recommended to seek a veterinarian’s opinion before use or before extending the period of use. For chronic renal insufficiency and reduction of oxalate stone formation, use for up to 6 months initially. For temporary renal insufficiency, a feeding period of 2 to 4 weeks is recommended.
